Contrary To Popular Opinion....................

I haven't dropped off the face of the earth. For one reason or another I just didn't feel like blogging for the last little while. I didn't do a lot of stitching but I did manage to finish a few pieces.

I have also participated in a couple of exchanges (Stitched with Love Exchanges) in the last couple of months - Spring into Easter (pictures below) and My Favourite Things (pictures to follow) which I just mailed out to my partner yesterday.   I will be participating in the current one - Patriotic Stitches.

Above are the wonderful things sent to me by Janet.  I just love the pillow!!!!!!!

And this is what I sent to Lisa.   The design I stitched is freebie from Passione Ricamo.

I probably have done more reading the  stitching lately.   You can see what I have read to date here.   I am up to 41 books and have changed my goal for this year from 50 to 75.   I have 3 books on the go right now - Kaleidoscope by Gail Bowen (hardcover), Believing the Lie by Elizabeth George (e-book) and Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett (audiobook).

Well, I want to get back to stitching now and watch the episodes of The Game of Thrones we PVR'd.  I am really enjoying this series.   I am so glad my brother told me about it.

I will try to get back sooner next time.    Take care and happy stitching!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been reading much at all. I really need to change that. I am so far behind.
