I can't wait to get started on the Mystery Sampler.  It looks really good so far.

I will have lots of time to stitch soon.  We are starting our holidays on Friday for two weeks.  We will go out to my Mom's cottage for the weekend and then come back into the city for a day before going out to the trailer.  I love spending our holidays out at the trailer.  There is a minimum of housework in a 28 ft trailer, so once I wash the dishes, made the bed and occasionally pull out the vacuum, I am free to stitch, read, knit, etc.

The weather was quite unusual this weekend.  Saturday was as hot as ever and then Sunday dipped below 20C with rain showers.  It was a welcome relieve after a week of temperatures in the low 30s all week.   The temperatures are suppose to be up in the 30's again by the weekend.

I spent most my time stitching for an Exchange partner so I can't show pics of that yet.  I did spent some time on It's Berry Time:

I also finished the Hearts of Canada - Alberta but I forgot it out at the trailer so I will have post a pic later.

Finished 2 more dishcloths also:

Design: Peacock in Color

Well that is it for now.  Take care and happy stitching!!!!!

  4. I love the dish cloths. You keep reminding me that I need to knit some more to replace some of my older, not so nice any more ones.

And yay! for the L*K mystery. I'm really enjoying it too.

  5. I just love all of your beautiful work. Great job.
Isn't it fun getting those packages? It's always like Christmas to me. Even when I expect a package to come, and know what's in it, I still get all excited.
