SAL Updates

Last night I stayed up late (2:30am) to finish up Afternoon in Paris by Country Cottage Needleworks. A couple of weeks ago I had decided to make it into a pillow so I went online to find an appropriate fabric to use with it.

I found this on Esty (I actually ended up ordering it from a Canadian online fabric store - cheaper shipping.) The fabrics are part of Robert Kaufman's City Chic 2 collection by Anne Tavoletti.

This morning I put this together.





I am rather pleased with the results.   I have now completed Day Twenty-Nine of the DUCJFC2016 and the Walk in the City with My Lady SAL. 

I will be working on the following in March for my other SALs.

    I love your pillow! Very pretty, great fabric choice and perfect finishing. You've chosen some nice projects with lots of variety for March.

    You chose the perfect fabric for your Paris cushion. I love Paris and French designs.
