Last of the 2009 Christmas Ornaments

The following are the last of the Christmas Ornaments for 2009. I started on 2010`s ornaments yesterday.

This first one is one I stitched as a hostess gift for an Open House we attended at the beginning of December. The picture is not the greatest as I quickly took it just before we left for the party.

Merry Wishes © 2009 Blue Ribbon Designs (JCS 2009 Christmas Ornament Issue)

The next one I stitched for my partner in a Christmas Ornament Exchange at wXSw Yahoo Group.

Spending Time Together © 2009 Dragon Dreams Inc. (JCS 2009 Christmas Ornament Issue)

I stitched this one for my partner in a Christmas Exchange I was participating in with another group. The exchange was cancelled but since I bought the items already for the Exchange and had the ornament stitched I decided to mail it out to partner a few weeks ago. It was quite a surprise for her as she had forgotten about the exchange. I received a lovely thank you note from her the other day.

Gingerman Snow Charmer - Mill Hill

This one is one of many that I have been meaning to stitch from the Pooh & Pals Ornament leaflet. The yellow is a bit off. I picked up the wrong colour and didn`t clue in until I was more than halfway done. I decided not to rip it out. (Bad decision.) I think I will stitch it again with the correct yellow.

Tigger © 2001 Leisure Arts (Pooh & Pals Ornaments)

I took part in another Ornament Exchange at San-Man Originals and stitched this one for my partner.

Snowman - Permin of Copenhagen (freebie)

I also stitched another ornament on one of the Charles Craft Mini Stockings. It was for the daughter of one my friends. It was a little lamb motif I found in Sam Hawkins 520 Christmas Cross-Stitch Designs. I stitched her initial `P` using the Holly Alphabet from Alma Lynne A to Z Basic Aphabets and Borders. I finished it up at the last minute and forget to take a picture before giving it away. :( It was really cute!!!!

I also stitched some Angel Alphabet Ornaments ( The World of Cross Stitching Magazine - Issue 79 December 2003) for a few stitching friends. I had sealed those in their envelopes before I remembered that I hadn`t taken any pictures. (Batting a 1000 here!)

It is getting late but at least I finally finished with my updates.

Happy Stitching!
