DUCJFC2016 - DAY THIRTY - TWO

For the month of February I will be working on a few of the New Starts/WIPs from last year's DUCJC2015.

Today I pulled out Something Wicked Mystery Sampler by SamSarah Design Studio Inc.

Day 3: DUCJC2015

I back again with today's stitching for this challenge.

I decided to start stitching Sunflower Fairy by Nora Corbett.  It can be found in the September 2009 issue of Cross Stitch & Needlework Magazine or purchased as a PDF from Herrschners.

I am stitching it on 28 ct Jobelan - Natures Dance from Hand Dyed Fabrics by Stephanie.  The chart called for 3 strand Valdani Hand-Overdyed floss but I couldn't find all the colours in 3 strand so I am using 6 ply instead.

For the the past 2 days I have also added a few more stitches to my Day One start - Something Wicked (Mystery Sampler) by SamSarah Design Studio, Inc.

I will leave you tonight with a progress pic of a freebie I started stitching between Christmas and New Year.   It is from  The Workbasket - Mr Penguinee (Mr. Quaker Penguin).

Tomorrow my new start will be The Elizabeth Hancock Sampler by Little House Needleworks.

It's A New Year and the first day of DUCJC2015

Happy New Year and I wish you all a great year of stitching!!!!!!

I haven't been blogging much lately but know that I am participating in the Debbie's Ultimate Crazy January Challenge 2015 I should be here more often.

I will be making a  page in the next few days listing all the New Starts and WIPs I intend to stitch on during this challenge  (59 during January and February).

My first new start for today is Mystery Sampler Autumn 2014 - Something Wicked by SamSarah Design Studio, Inc.

I am not sure what I will be stitching on tomorrow but since I will be back to work, I am thinking of working on a Halloween ornament I started last year called  Happy Owl O Ween by Needle Bling Designs.
